Fitness Class Schedule

This is our current class schedule that you can join at any time. 



Mo./Wed./Fri.: 7:15 am – 8:00 am– Boot Camp (Zion Lutheran Church Location)

Tues/Thurs: 6:30 am - 7:15 am + Sat. 7 am - 7:45 am - Boot Camp (Beal City Location)


Tues: 5:30 - 6:15 pm - Pilates Stretch (Zion Lutheran Church Location)



Personal training and group personal training is also offered to fit your needs.


This session lasts through July. Join us and invite a friend! Bring a mat and weights along if you have them. Let’s get healthy together!
